Reflect your personal status, efforts and learnings from putting last workshops’ learnings into practice. Adapt your development plan and targets.
You will discuss your learnings and status based on the topics of the workshops “Enhance your B2B sales”, “Growth Hacking” and “Partnering”.
You should attend if:
– You have particicpated in the workshops “Enhance your B2B sales”, “Growth-Hacking” or “Partnering”
– You want to reflect your learnings and status
– You want to get additional feedback and input from the trainer and participants how to adapt your development plan.
Please also note that these workshop series is designed for startups in their growth phase with an existing product/service. The startup shall be not older than 5 years and established in Vienna!
About the coaches:
Harald Gold passionately works with startups on scaling. Since 2013 he has been working with more than 60 national and international startups/ entrepreneurs on hands-on scaling their businesses. Harald provides comprehensive experience in scaling business models, setting up and improving B2B/ B2C sales and partnerships and as well as prepare for startup valuation and defining the CFO agenda. His background is corporate strategy development, organizational development, corporate finance, corporate venturing and digitalization initiatives. He has been working in Central and Eastern Europe across several industries at Accenture and as Senior Advisor for a boutique consulting firm.
Over the past 7 years, Petra Wolkenstein has been working with national and international startups and entrepreneurs on their go-to-market strategies, partnerships, and investor-access. She has founded the key2investors.com platform to support first-time raising startups and heads konsultori.com for scaling projects. Petra brings in comprehensive experience in international business development, fundraising, negotiations and partnerships. Her background is in corporate M&A in the Telecoms industry in Eastern Europe and Business Development in TMT at DiamondCluster (now: OliverWyman).
