Welcome to the Quantified Self Show & Tell! The event will focus on information exchange and advice about personal data gathering, life-logging, self-experiment, and similar topics. Nicolas Schauer, the CEO of Kenkodo is flying in from Berlin to inform us about his work in the area of Metabolic tracking.

Kenkodo is a revolutionary concept to measure your metabolism by a single blood drop. The platform is build on metabolomics. A technology capable of measuring hundreds to thousands of metabolites in blood. Kenkodo combines modern analytics with individual lifestyles and identifies patterns for nutrition, stress, sleep, sport and health. It provides insights and recommendations for optimal and beneficial lifestyle changes. In the future, Kenkodo will be able to predict perturbations in metabolism affected by lifestyle or health changes.
